Meet The Team

Joanne Tran

Paediatric Speech Pathologist

Jo is a paediatric speech pathologist who has spent the past decade working with babies, children and the families around them. Her particular focus is paediatric feeding and feeding disorders, with an interest in working with children who find eating hard, worrying or overwhelming.

Jo's starting point is that feeding never happens in isolation. Every family has its own rhythms, its own mealtime traditions and its own cultural relationship with food. Jo's approach starts with understanding yours.

Now a mum herself, Jo has a fresh appreciation for how much of feeding happens in the middle of ordinary, busy family life. She brings that alongside her clinical experience to help families take the pressure out of mealtimes, build a child's confidence and skills, and find an approach that genuinely fits the family they belong to.

Outside of work, Jo loves scouring craft markets, tracking down a good meal and getting her hands dirty at the pottery wheel. She's happiest when she's travelling with her loved ones, or anywhere with a view of the ocean.

Kylie Mustow

Paediatric Dietitian

Kylie is a paediatric dietitian with over 20 years of experience supporting infants, children and families. She has a special interest in infant feeding, feeding difficulties, neurodivergent eating styles and complex nutrition needs in younger children.

Having worked with hundreds of children and families across a range of settings, Kylie knows there is no one right way to feed or nourish a child. She takes a warm, practical and individualised approach, looking beyond what a child eats to understand the whole picture.

As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and mum of three, Kylie brings both clinical expertise and real-life experience to her work. She works alongside families to reduce pressure around food, build confidence and support nutrition, growth and feeding skills in a way that respects each child’s temperament, sensory preferences and neurotype.

Outside of work, Kylie loves reading, running, painting and anything crafty. She’s happiest spending time with her family, camping, or wandering along the beach searching for sea glass.
